In this program, we'll be covering all aspects of proper nutrition to help you lose the weight and keep it off.
Nature
Stress and anxiety can run rampant, especially on our weight-loss journey. We need a solution...and we have one. We'll be covering all the beautiful benefits of regular nature connection and how you can get more green time even with a busy schedule. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in nature therapy walks throughout the program.
Movement
Body movement is so important for our health! We'll be covering how to find activities we'll actually stick with, and how to really be successful in keeping the weight off. We'll also be doing movement activities throughout the program.
